Dance Fitazzet is owned and operated by Sheryl Irwin, F.B.A.T.D. Tap, Jazz, Ballet and Stage.  Dance Fitazzet has offered dance instructions to the Sydenham and surrounding communities for over 30 years.  The name was formed by combining the classes that were offered at Studio 1 in 1983, Dance Fi (Fitness), ta (Tap), zz (Jazz), et (Ballet).  Currently we have 3 studios, and classes are now being offered in Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Pointe, Hip-Hop, Lyrical, Contemporary, Rhythm Tap, Acro and Pre-Dance from ages 3 to adult.  All classes run from September to June with students performing in a year end recital.

jACkRO was created 30 years later by combining the j and k from Jacklyn and the word ACRO. jACkRO is a combination of dance, gymnastics and acrobatics. Owner/Operator Jacklyn Irwin

Our philosophy: Children can develop many life skills from dance classes that go far beyond the practical applications such as respect, time management, commitment and the importance of setting goals. Dance teaches children discipline and self control, how to share attention and cooperate with others. Dance is a great way to encourage physical fitness and active living at a young age. At Dance Fitazzet we place an emphasis on personal development, building self esteem and instilling a love of dance that will last a lifetime.
